Keystone State Games Baseball “Wooden Bat” Championship & Showcase

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:
Keystone State Games is excited to announce that the 39th Annual Keystone Games Baseball Championship will be taking place in Luzerne County with a NEW format that allows Legion Teams from around the State to compete for Gold!
This is NOT a Stay-to-Play tournament. It is very important that our athletes that require lodging for the 2021 Summer Games please consider staying at our sponsor / participating hotels to ensure the hotels that are willing to support the games are valued for their dedication to the Keystone State Games and all of our participants!
DIVISIONS & FORMAT:
Senior Team 19U – 10 Teams
Youth Teams 16U – 10 Teams
Athletes will have the opportunity to showcase their talents on Thursday July 29, 2021 at the Player Showcase. All individuals rostered on a team are able to participate in the Showcase. Individuals NOT ON A TEAM that want to participate in the Showcase Event may Register by Clicking Here.
Teams will play two (2) pool games per day on Friday July 30 and Saturday July 31, 2021. Teams will play one (1) cross-over medal game based on their pool play standing on Sunday August 1, 2021.
ELIGIBILTY & RULES: Athletes based on divisions per PA Senior & Youth American Legion Baseball 2021 Age Eligibility Chart and competitions will follow the 2021 PA Legion Senior, Youth, Sandlot, Prep League Rule Book based on age division. https://www.palbaseball.com/page/show/3997092-rules-news

Thursday, July 29, 2021 – Player Showcase
Friday, July 30 - Saturday, July 31, 2021 – 19U & 16U Pool Play – Two (2) games per day.
Sunday, August 1, 2021 – 19U & 16U Medal Games – One (1) cross-over game from each pool.
COST: Online registration discounts and early registration discounts are available
16U & 19U Divisions - $450 per team
ONLINE REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS: EXTENDED DISCOUNT TIMES
BEST SAVINGS: Register EARLY ONLINE by June 1, 2021 and receive an automatic savings of $50 per team that is registered.
SAVINGS: Register EARLY ONLINE from June 1, 2021 - July 1, 2020 and receive an automatic savings of $25 per team that is registered.

UNIFORMS: Teams must supply their own uniforms
ADMISSION: There will be a general admission for Medal Games only on Sunday if played at PNC Park.
AWARDS: Gold, Silver, & Bronze medals
DEADLINE: July 16, 2021 or until division’s fill, entries accepted on a first-in basis – register early to guarantee your spot in the tournament and get the early registration discounts!!!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: If the competition is held, as scheduled or rescheduled, there is no refund of the registration/finals fee. The option is the individual’s or team’s as to whether to compete or not. If the competition is cancelled, and not rescheduled, and there is no opportunity for the individual or team to compete, then there may be a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
This policy is for all Keystone State Games and Premier Amateur Sports sporting events. Refund considerations may require additional paperwork and will be reviewed after the completion of the competition. Refund inquiries are to be emailed to: refund@ksgoffice.com
